FOR TIE FOLLOWING REASONS AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
APPROVED REAR YARD VARIANCE -
1. The difficulty requiring a variance would apply to the property in question
regardless of the owner. 2. The request for a variance is not the result of an illegal
act on the part of the applicant. 3. The difficulty requiring a variance arises from a
provision of the Zoning Ordinance. 4. The difficulty requiring a variance relates to
the property in question and not to other premises or personal conditions of the
applicant. 5. The request for a variance is due to unique circumstances which are
not the general condition of the neighborhood. The lot is unusually shallow, being
only 82.6 feet.
Condition: That the applicant construct a six foot sight -obscuring fence along the
entire length of the rear (north) property line, if, and at such time the rear yard is
used for outdoor storage purposes.
