Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved.
A. Reasons:
1. The rear yard variance is deemed by Zoning Adjustor not to be detrimental
to adjacent property owners. The nearest property owner has signed a
letter approving the construction of the fence to within one foot of his
property line.

1. This approval is granted conditional to the storage of all material inside
of the fenced storage area.
2. The fence is to be installed in conformity with the sketch submitted to and
on file with the Planning Commission.

from the front property line, whereas the
Zoning Ordinance requires a 35 foot setback.
Also to permit a storage shed to remain 8 feet
from Coleman Road, whereas the Zoning Ordinance
requires a 20 foot flanking street setback.
