RESOLUTION
The above -entitled matter comingon regularly for hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, on this day, and it appearing to the
Board that the Spokane County Planning Commission has given due notice of the hear-.
ing on the matter in the manner and for the time provided by law; that said Planning
Commission has held a public hearing as required; and that the said Planning Com-
mission concurs in the plan to zone the following described property as:
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1):
All of Block 2 of that area platted as Simpson's 2nd Addition located in Section 7,
Township 25 N., Range 45, E.W.M., Spokane County, Washington.
(Note: Lot 1, Block 1, Simpson's 2nd Addition is to retain the Agricultural Zoning.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above -described property be, and the same is
zoned under the classification of SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) as defined in the
Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County, adopted August 25, 1953, as amended.
