Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved, subject to the following conditions:
A. CONDITIONS:
1. The contractors warehouse building shall be constructed on the
property in substantial conformance with the plot plan on file with
this application.
2. The applicant shall record the easement with the County Auditor and
furnish the recording number to the Zoning Adjustor to become a
part of this file.

whereas the Zoning Ordinance requires a 15 ft.
rear yard setback.
