Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approves: for the following masons and sabject to the
following conditions.
A. Reasons:
i e The subject property has a rock outcropping on it and 1ias a eloping
terrain northward. The Zoning Adjustor. f .i:t.z that the orientation of
the subject residence would be normal in relationship to the lot width
and depth if a -oub1 .c street were to be dedicated along the northern
property line of said lot.
2. Due to the outcrorping end sloping terrain of the subject p o_ ert , he
strict application of the .Zoning Ordinance is found to deprive subject
property of rights and privileges enjoyed by other properties in the
vicinity and Lander identical zone classification.
