CONDITIONS:
1. The garage shall be located upon the property in accordance with the plot
plan submitted by the applicant and on file with this application.
2. No garage doors shall be permitted on the north side of the garage, but
shall be located on the west side as indicated on the plot plan. The driveway
into the garage shall be parallel to Fourth Avenue until it intercepts
Fourth Avenue.
