Reasons:
1. The request for a variance is the result of unique circumstances, due
to topography, particular to the property in question and not the
entire area.
2. The difficulty requiring a variance would apply to the property in
question regardless of the owner.
3. The request for a variance is mot the result of an illegal act on the
part of tlie. owner.
4. The request for a variance relates to the property in question
and not to the personal conditions of the applicant.
Condition:
1. This variance is granted for a period of one year ana shall expire on
March 1, 1961 unless the proposed improvement is made on the property
in question.
