VE-16-75, Variance for Required Parking
ZONING ADJUSTOR DECISION: Approved, for the following reasons and subject to
the following conditions:
A. REASONS:
1, The proposed expansion conforms to the requlreme nts of the
Zoning Ordinance for the 'Freeway Commercial Zone (4.08A) .
. 'The applicant has submitted revised plans Indicating that required
parking will be 436 stalls instead of the original request of 461

Adjustor to include: (1) the planned expansion and parking, and
(2) landscaping, fencing, and lighting. Following addition of
signatures of approval, a copy of each sepia will be kept on file
as the approved plan.
3. An appropriate schedule of completion shall be submitted to the
Zoning Adjustor for landscaping on the described property.
