Reasons: 1. The proposed expansion of the auto wrecking yard to the west will not be
detrimental to adjacent properties. 2. The use of vacated. Bradley Street will enable
the applicant to rake a reasonable use of and. secure a reasonable return from the
property in question.
Conditions: 1. This permit shall not become effective until Bradley Street is vacated
2. A sigh -obscuring fence must be constructed and inspected prior to the issuance of
a certificate of occupancy for use of the yard. 3. The fence shall be a minimum of
six feet in height. h. No automobile or parts thereof, junk, or salvage materials or
parts thereof shall be visible from any public right-of-way. ill materials or parts
shall be located within the fenced area. 5. The fence shall be of a single solid color.
6. There shall not be at any one time more than forty vehicles per acre of fenced area.
7. The permit is granted to duly 1, 1961 and if a building permit has not been secured
by such date, such permit shall become null and void.
