20-190.02 McKinstry: VRF Repairs to HVAC CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY AND MCKINSTRY Spokane Valley Contract# 20-190.02 For good and valuable consideration,the legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, City and the McKinstry mutually agree as follows: 1. Purpose: This Amendment is for the Contract for VRF repairs to the HVAC system and to replace a bad compressor by and between the Parties, executed by the Parties on November 19, 2020, and which terminates when the work is completed.
