The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.20-021 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 10th day of November, 2020:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING CHAPTER 3.33 OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE TO CREATE A
POLICY FOR NAMING CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
Section 1 adopts new chapter 3.33 relating to the naming of city-owned property. Section 2 states that all
other provisions of Title 3 SVMC not specifically referenced shall remain in full force and effect. Section
3 addresses severability, and Section 4 provides for an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 20-021 is
available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request
to the City Clerk.
