Sprague Spokane Valley,WA 99206 (509) 720-5000 NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY SPOKANE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.20-021 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council on the 10th day of November, 2020: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING CHAPTER 3.33 OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE TO CREATE A POLICY FOR NAMING CITY-OWNED PROPERTY. Section 1 adopts new chapter 3.33 relating to the naming of city-owned property. Section 2 states that all other provisions of Title 3 SVMC not specifically referenced shall remain in full force and effect.
