The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.20-023 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 8th day of December, 2020:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY I, 2021 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,2021;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 the 2021 Budget. Section 2 states that the City Clerk will transmit a complete copy of the adopted
budget to the State Auditor and to the Association of Washington Cities. Section 3 addresses severability,
and Section 4 provides for an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 20-023 is available at the City of
Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
