The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.20-022 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 24th day of November, 2020:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY,SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON,AMENDING ORDINANCE 19-017,WHICH ADOPTED A BUDGET FOR THE
PERIOD JANUARY 1,2020 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,2020; AND OTHER MATTERS
RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 states that Section I of Ordinance No. 19-017 adopting the budget for twelve months beginning
January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020 is amended as set forth in Attachment A of the ordinance.
Section 2 amends the Employee Position Classification Monthly Salary Schedule as set forth in Attachment
B of the ordinance. Section 3 eliminates Fund 313, City Hall Construction Fund. Section 4 creates Fund
108, Affordable & Supportive Housing Sales Tax Fund. Section 5 addresses severability and Section 6
states the effective date. The full text of Ordinance 20-022 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City
offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
