The City of Spokane Valley has been made aware of unauthorized access to the utility right-of-
way located north of your property. The unauthorized vehicular access must cease immediately
and residents must remove any private property occupying this utility right-of-way.
Any access to this utility right-of-way will require a right-of-way permit from the City of
Spokane Valley. Access control to this utility right-of-way is under the authority of the City of
Spokane Valley, as described in SVMC 22.230.100. Please feel free to contact our office if you
