2021, 03-08 Email exchange with homeownerGreg Baldwin To: Josh Taylor Subject: RE: Letter Greetings Mr. Taylor, I agree with your email statements however, I needed to notify all property owners along 16th lane of the rear utility right-of-way located on the north boundary of your property. It was a generic notification of the access control to this rear utility right-of-way corridor along the north side of your lot. Hopefully this email clarifies why you were sent a letter of notice on the use of the utility right-of-way on the north boundary of your property. Thank You for the email. If you have further questions I would be happy to route to you the original documents included within your title. Sincerely, Greg Greg Baldwin I Development Services Coordinator 10210 E. I have never had a vehicle directly north of my property and it is impossible for me to have any vehicles directly north of my property. The 4 properties to the east of me have an easement, but it ends at the next door neighbor directly east of me. Here is a photo of the letter and a photo from my back deck showing where the easement ends. I see the utility boxes (shown on left edge of photo), but my property ends maybe 5 feet in front of that black car, which is a relatively steep 3 feet hill, which a car would not be able to drive down. My property address is 4909 E 16th Ln. CAUTION: This email originated from outside your organization. Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders. 1
