SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING FINDINGS.
OF FACT SUPPORTING THE ADOPTION
OF ORDINANCE I/O. 20.028 AND THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A MORATORIUM
ON THE SUBMISSION, ACCEPTANCE,.
PROCESSING, MODIFICATION, .AND
OF PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENTPERMIT APPLICATIONS,
AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.

port of Ordinance No. 20-028 and the
establishment of a moratorium on non-
exempt planned residential development
