Pursuant to WAC 197-11-350, the proposal has been conditioned to include necessary mitigation measures to avoid, minimize, or compensate for probable sig- nificant impacts. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). The necessary mitigation measures are listed below and are imposed pursuant to the Lead Agency's adopted SEPA policies in SVMC 21.20.150. Pursuant to SVMC 22.100.030 and 22.100.040, this project shall be required to pay impact fees in the amount set forth in the Master Fee Schedule in effect at the time of payment of the fee. The amount of fee and any credit, deferral, exemption, or independent calculation shall be determined pursuant to chapter 22.100 SVMC and the fees set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. Transportation impact fees shall be paid prior to issuance of applicable building permits for the project.
