The public is encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing by sending the comments to Karen Kendall, 10210 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, or email to kkendalL@spokanevalley.org.' Comments will need to be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on March 25, 2021 in order for them to be received and prepared for submission into the record. The Planning Commis- sion will forward a recommendation on the request to the Spokane Valley City Council. Environmental Determination: Spokane Valley, acting as the Lead Agency, issued a Determination of Non -significance (DNS) on October 9, 2020 pursuant to WAC 197-11- 340(2).
