Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Mu-
nicipal Code (SVMC) Title 19 (Zoning
Regulations), SVMG Title 21 (Environ-
mental Controls), SVMG Title 22 (Design
and Development Standards), the City
of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual,
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations.
Hearing Process and Appeals: The meet-
ing will open With the collection of participant
information and an overview of how the
hearing will progress. This will occur prior
to the official opening of the hearing. The
Hearing Examiner will then conduct the
virtual hearing pursuant to the rules of pro-
cedure adapted in SVMG Title 18 (Boards
and Authorities) and Appendix B.
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending

Comments must be submitted no later
than 3:00 PM on March 30, 2021 in order
for them to be received and prepared for
submission into the record. comments

contact City Hall at (509) 720-5000 prior to
3:00 PM on March 30, 2021 to schedule an
appointment for delivery and allow staff to
scan and include in the. report. Comments
received through US Mail will be included
only if they are received priorto the hearing.
All interested persons may testify at the
virtual public hearing. Written comments
and documents may only be submitted prior
to the hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing
Examiner's decision will be based on the
record established before the Hearing Ex-
aminer, pursuant to SVMC 17.90 (Appeals).
Environmental Determination: A Deter-
mination of Non -Significance (DNS) was
issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-355 on
Februarys, 2021, with an appeal period
ending on February 19, 2021.
