Street(formerly Blanchard Street)as said Tracts and street are shown upon that certain plat entitled
"Pinecroft" recorded in Volume "I" of Plats, Page 35, Spokane County Records, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Tract 54,being hereinabove described;thence along
