The subject property is currently regulated by Section 19.70 of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code for density and dimensional standards. Current use is in compliance. 5. There do not appear to be any variances, special permits/exceptions, ordinances or conditions that apply to the subject property. 6. According to the zoning ordinances and regulations for this zoning district, the use of the subject property is a permitted use by right. 7. The subject property is currently regulated by Section 22.50 of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code for off-street parking regulations. Current use is in compliance. 8.
