MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior

Significance is issued under Washington
Administrative -Code (WAC) 197-11-340(2);
the lead agency will not act on this proposal
for 14 days from the date issued. Corn-
ments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on
May 21, 2021. Pursuant to Title 21, Envi-
ronmental Controls of the Spokane Valley
Municipal Code (SVMC), the lead agency
has determined that it does not have a
probable significant adverse impact on the
environment. An Environmental Impact
Statement is not required under Revised
Code of Washington 43.210.030(2)(c).
This decision was made after review of a
completed environmental checklist and
other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to the
public on request.

Appeal: An appeal of this determination
shall be submitted to the City of Spokane
Valley within fourteen (14) calendar days
after the date issued. The appeal must be
written and make specific factual objections
to the City's threshold determination. Ap-
peals shall be conducted in conformance
with Section 17.90 (Appeals) of the SVMC,
and any required fees pursuant to the City's
adopted Fee Schedule shall be paid at time
of appeal submittal. Pursuant to Section
21.20.150 of the SVMC, appeals shall
be limited to a review of a final threshold
determination.
