MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of
publication of said newspaper, which said newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of
the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it was published in
regular issues commencing on the 25th day of June, 2021, and ending on the 2nd day of July, 2021, all dates inclusive, and that

located at the intersection of Corbin Court
and Broadway Avenue.
Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Munici-
pal Code (SVMC) Title 19 (Zoning Regula-
tions), Title 20 .SVMC (Subdivisions) and
Title 21 SVMC (Environmental Controls),
and the City of Spokane Valley Street Stan-
dards; the Spokane Regional Stormwater
Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health
District regulations.
Hearing Process: The meeting will open
with the collection of participant informa-
tion and an overview of how the hearing
will progress. This will occur prior to the
official opening of the hearing. The Hear-
ing Examiner will then conduct the virtual
hearing pursuant to the rules of procedure
adopted in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and
Authorities) and Appendix B. General public
comment will be received on the subdivision
application.
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending
the comments to Karen Kendall, 10210 E
Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206,
or email to kkendailSspokanesalley.org.
Comments will need to be submitted no
later than 3:00 PM on July 13, 2021 in
order for them to be received and prepared
for submission into the record. Comments
received will be entered into the record at
the time of the public participation portion
of the Public Hearing. If you would like to
deliver comments to City Hall you may
contact City Hall at (509) 720-5000 prior to
3:00 PM on July 13, 2021 to schedule an
appointment for delivery and allow staff to
scan and include in the report. Comments
received through US Mail will be included
only if they are received prior to the hearing.
Environmental Determination: A Mitigated
Deterrnination of Non -Significance (MDNS)
was issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-355 on
May 28, 2021, with an appeal period ending
on June 11, 2021.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: Astaff
report will be available for inspection seven
(7) calendar days before the hearing. The
staff report and application file may be in-
