interim amendments on August 24, 2021.
Section 5 addresses duration of the interim
amendments. Section 6 addresses ratifica-
tion; Section 7 speaks to severability; and
Section 8 declares this ordinance as a
public emergency and that this ordinance
shall take effect immediately upon adop-
tion by the City Council. The full text of

above. A copy will be mailed upon request
to the City Clerk.
