Section 1 adopts the City of Spokane Valley's Complete Streets Policy as provided in that ordinance's Exhibit A; -� the Complete Streets Policy implements a complete street concept in the planning and design of street projects In the City, of Spokane Valley, Section 2 addresses ratification; Section 3 speaks to sever- ability, and Section 4 provides for an effective date.
