NOTE: In response to Governor Inslee's announcement reopening Washington under the 'Washington Ready"
plan,members of the public may attend Spokane Valley Council meetings in-person at City Hall at the address
provided above,or via Zoom at the link below.Members of the public will be allowed to comment in-person or
via Zoom as described below. Public comments will only be accepted for those items noted on the agenda
as "public comment opportunity." If wishing to make a comment via Zoom, comments must be received
by 4:00 pm the day of the meeting. Otherwise, comments will be taken in-person at the meeting in Council
Chambers, as noted on the agenda below.
NOTICE: On August 20,2021, Governor Inslee signed proclamation 20-25.15 re-instituting a statewide mask
mandate,regardless of vaccination status. Therefore,effective August 23,2021, all those entering or remaining
in City Hall must wear a mask or face covering.Masks are available for the public inside the main entrances to
City Hall.[Governor Inslee's expanded emergency order Proclamation 20-25, which adopts Secretary of Health
