In addition to the report, the applicant shall submit evidence of the acceptance/ concurrence with the findings in the report from the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the Spokane Tribe of Indians, Appeal: An appeal of this determination shall be submitted to the Community & Pub- lic Works Depadment within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date issued.
