This Correction Quit Claim Deed is recorded to correct a scrivener's error (corrected in bold print
below) contained in a Quitclaim Deed recorded on December 2, 2021 under instrument No.
7156760 in Spokane County, Washington which left a line out of the legal description.
THE GRANTOR, Spokane County pursuant to RCW 35.02.180, conveys and quit claims to the
City of Spokane Valley any and all of its rights in the following described real estate, situated in
the City of Spokane Valley in the State of Washington:
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 55073.0458
Part of Tract "Z" of Plat "A" Greenacres Irrigation District in the County of Spokane and State of
Washington as per map recorded in Book E, page 21 of Plats in the Office of the Spokane County
Auditor, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Tract "Z"; thence north 0° 17'30" West, one
hundred eighty-five and 95/100 (185.95) feet to a point; thence North 71°56' East one hundred
eight and 13/100 (108.13) feet to a point; thence South 0°17'30" East one hundred seventy four
and 83/100 (174.83) feet to a point on the south line of said Tract "Z"; thence south 66°29' W one
hundred twelve and 0/100 (112.0) feet to the place of beginning.
