Mitigation Measure: 1. Prior to the issuance of any Engineered Grading Permit for any land disturbing activities, the applicant shall submit an archeological survey, completed by a qualified professional to the Spokane Valley Community and Public Works Department. In addition to the report, the developer shall submit evidence of the acceptance/ concurrence with the findings in the report from the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the Spokane Tribe of Indians.
