ii The Grantor, Richard R. Bell and Laura A. Bell, husband and wife, for and in
consideration of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWO AND 34/100 DOLLARS
($1,302.34), conveys and grants unto the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a Washington
(7) municipal corporation and its assigns, Grantee, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's
exercise of its right of Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and easement over, upon,and across
the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of construction activities associated with the
installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Sprague Avenue and Barker Road.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County,State of Washington, and described in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The term of this Temporary Easement shall commence on the date of acceptance of this
Temporary Easement by Grantee and shall terminate on August 1,2026,hereinafter the"Term".

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary easement is hereby tendered
and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane
Valley unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane
Valley, by its authorized agent.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 18; thence N 03 deg.06'20"W, along the
centerline of Barker Road,30.00 feet;thence S 87 deg.20'14"W, parallel with the centerline of
Sprague Avenue, 30.00 feet to the intersection of the West right of way line of Barker Road
