Council Requests Please Silence Your Cell Phones During Council Meeting
NOTE: In response to Governor Inslee's announcement reopening Washington under the "Washington Ready" plan,
members of the public may attend Spokane Valley Council meetings in-person at City Hall at the address provided above,
or via Zoom at the link below. Members of the public will be allowed to comment in-person or via Zoom as described
below. Public comments will only be accepted for those items noted on the agenda as "public comment
opportunity." If wishing to make a comment via Zoom, comments must be received by 4:00 pm the day of the
meeting. Otherwise, comments will be taken in-person at the meeting in Council Chambers, as noted on the agenda
below. Per Governor Inslee's expanded emergency order Proclamation 20-25 reinstituting a statewide mask mandate
regardless of vaccination status, all those entering or remaining in City Hall must wear a mask or face covering.
Masks are available for the public at City Hall.
