on the 25t'day of January,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FORA RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXIMA 1'ELY 7,584 SQUARE FEET ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF APPLEWAY AVENUE ADJACENT TO PARCELS 45201.0513 AND
45202.0813.AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 makes certain Findings of Fact; Section 2 notes property to be vacation; Section 3 addresses
division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets
out the conditions of vacation; Section 6 discusses closing to complete the transfer; Section 7 addresses
