The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.22-001 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 25th day of January,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21-007 AND THE SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS IN CHAPTER 21.50 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE
ADOPTED THEREIN,AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 adopts the foregoing recitals as findings for this Ordinance. Section 2 amends Ordinance 21-007
by updating the table concerning accessory dwelling units and by including obtaining a shoreline substantial
development permit as part of the standards. Section 3 explains the process for submission to Depai latent
of Ecology. Section 4 addresses severability, and Section 5 provides for an effective date. The full text of

be mailed upon request to the City Clerk,
