Section 1 makes certain Findings of Fact; Section 2 notes property to be vacation; Section 3 addresses division of property to be vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning for the vacated property; Section 5 sets out the conditions of vacation; Section 6 discusses closing to complete the transfer: Section 7 addresses severability; and Sec- tion 8 provides for an effective date.
