DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the OFFICE MANAGER or the Spokane Valley
News Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six
months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly
newspaper in Spokane County. Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the

kane Valley City Council on the 25th day of
January, 2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR A
RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF APPROXI-
MATELY 7,584 SQUARE FEET ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF APPLEWAY AVENUE
ADJACENT TO PARCELS 45201.0513
and 45202.0813 AND PROVIDING FOR
'OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELAT-
ING THERETO.
Section 1 makes certain Findings of Fact;
Section 2 notes property to be vacation;
Section 3 addresses division of property
to be vacated; Section 4 designates the
zoning for the vacated property; Section 5
sets out the conditions of vacation; Section
6 discusses closing to complete the transfer:
Section 7 addresses severability; and Sec-
tion 8 provides for an effective date. The
