ADVERTISER AGREEMENT 2022 OFFICIAL REGIONAL VISITOR GUIDE
PUBLICATION DATE MAY 2022
This Agreement(a "Agreement")is dated 1/10/2022("Agreement Effective Date")and is between the City of
Spokane Valley("Advertiser")and Visit Spokane.
The parties agree that this Agreement forms a binding Agreement between the parties relating to all advertising
services to be provided by Visit Spokane to Advertiser.
Terms&Conditions
All advertising material is subject to Publisher's approval. It will be the responsibility of the advertiser to provide
ads that meet the Publisher's mechanical specifications as provided by Publisher. If advertising material does not
meet mechanical requirement, or if any changes are requested on existing ad material,Advertiser will pay for
these additional charges separate from this contract.
Visit Spokane shall use its best efforts to produce each publication.Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold the
publisher harmless against all loss, liability and expense associated with all aspects of printing and publishing of
its advertisement.
A 1%service charge will be assessed on all balances 30 days delinquent past run/publication date.At the
discretion of the publisher,the advertiser may be required to pre-pay for advertising until credit is established.
Cancellation Policy: Once this order is signed by the advertiser or advertiser's agent,cancellations are not
accepted.A signed advertising order represents the advertiser's commitment to pay for space reserved. No
refund of any kind will be made.
