Hearing Procedures: The Planning Com- mission will conduct the remote hearing pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). The public is encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing by sending the comments to Chaz Bates, 10210 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, or email to cbates@spokanavalley.org. You may also hand deliver your comments to City Hall. All comments will need to be received by 4:00 PM on March 9, 2022, for them to be prepared for submission into the record.
