Construction Includes grading, underground utilities, concrete curb, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, site preparation and construction of new restroom facility, site electrical and lighting, new playground equipment with engineered wood fiber surfacing, irrigation and landscaping, and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Provi- sions and Plans.
