LEGAL NOTICE DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the OFFICE MANAGER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Mu- nicipal Code (SVMC) Title 19 (Zoning Regulations), Title 21 SVMC (Environ- mental Controls), SVMC Title 22 (Design & Development Standards) and the City of Spokane Valley Street Standards; the Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual; and the Spokane Regional Health District regulations. Hearing Process and Appeals: The meet- ing will open with the collection of participant information and an overview of how the hearing will progress. This will occur prior to the official opening of the hearing. The Hear- ing Examiner wit then conduct the hearing pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities) and Appendix B. General public comment will be received on the Conditional Use Permit application. Comments received will be entered into the record at the time of the public participation portion of the Public Hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner's decision will be based on the record established before the Hearing Ex- aminer, pursuant to SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). Environmental Determination: AMitigated Determination of Non -Significance (MDNS) was issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-355 on February 11, 2022, with an appeal period. ending on February 25, 2022. Staff Report and Inspection of File: Astaff report will be available for inspection seven (7) calendar days before the hearing.
