DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the OFFICE MANAGER of the Spokane Valley
News Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six
months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly
newspaper in Spokane County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the
aforesaid place of publication of said newspaper, which said newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the
Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it

Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Mu-
nicipal Code (SVMC) Title 19 (Zoning
Regulations), Title 21 SVMC (Environ-
mental Controls), SVMC Title 22 (Design
& Development Standards) and the City
of Spokane Valley Street Standards; the
Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual;
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations.
Hearing Process and Appeals: The meet-
ing will open with the collection of participant
information and an overview of how the
hearing will progress. This will occur prior to
the official opening of the hearing. The Hear-
ing Examiner wit then conduct the hearing
pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted
in SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities)
and Appendix B. General public comment
will be received on the Conditional Use
Permit application.
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending

Comments received will be entered into the
record at the time of the public participation
portion of the Public Hearing. If you would

day before the scheduled public hearing.
Comments received through US Mail will
be included only if they are received prior
to the hearing. Any appeal of the Hearing
Examiner's decision will be based on the
record established before the Hearing Ex-
aminer, pursuant to SVMC 17.90 (Appeals).
Environmental Determination: AMitigated
Determination of Non -Significance (MDNS)
was issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-355 on
February 11, 2022, with an appeal period.

Staff Report and Inspection of File: Astaff
report will be available for inspection seven
(7) calendar days before the hearing. The
staff report and application file may be in-
