I. Planning Commission Chairman Bob McKinley called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The
meeting was held remotely via ZOOM meeting.
II. Administrative Assistant Taylor Dillard took attendance, and the following members and
staff were present:
Fred Beaulac Cary Driskell, City Attorney
Susan Delucchi Jenny Nickerson, Building Official
Karl Granrath Taylor Dillard, Administrative Assistant
Walt Haneke Marianne Lemons, Administrative Assistant

III. AGENDA: Commissioner Robinson moved to approve the February 10,2022 agenda as
presented. There was no discussion. The vote on the motion was seven in favor, zero against
and the motion passed. '
IV. MINUTES: Commissioner Beaulac moved to approve the January 27, 2022 minutes as
presented. There was no discussion. The vote on the motion was seven in favor, zero against
and the motion passed.

COMMISSION REPORTS: There were no Commission reports.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT: Building Official Jenny Nickerson stated that the 2022
Comprehensive Plan Amendments will be presented at the next three meetings.
PUBLIC COMMENT: There was no public comment.
VIII. COMMISSION BUSINESS:
a. Planning Commission Rules Of Procedure Review
Building Official Jenny Nickerson stated that the Planning Commission needs to
regularly perform a review of the Rules of Procedure. She recommended that a
grammatical change might, be necessary to Section 6 (Election of Officers) Subsection B
regarding the running of the meeting at the first meeting of the year prior to the election
of officers due to a conflict of information.

IX. GOOD OF THE ORDER: There was nothing for the Good Of The Order
X. ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Robinson moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:54 p. m.
The vote on the motion was seven in favor, zero against, and the motion passed.
