Determination: Pursuant to Title 21 (Envi-
ronmental Controls) of the Spokane Valley
Municipal Code (SVMC), the lead agency
has determined that this proposal does not
have a probable significant adverse impact
on the environment. An Environmental Im-
pact Statement (EIS) is not required under
ACW 43.21Cr.030(2)(c). This decision was
made after review of the completed envi-
ronmental checklist, the application, SVMC
Titles 19, 21 and 22, site assessment, and
comments from the public and affected
agencies. This information is available to
the public on request.
This DNS is Issued under WAC 197-11-
340(2); the lead agency will not act, on thls
proposal for 14 days from the date issued.
Comments must be received by5'00 p.m.
on May 6, 2022.

Appeal: An appeal of this determination
shall be submitted to the Community $ Pub-
Ilc Works Department within fourteen (14)
calendar days after the date issued. The
appeal must be written, and specific factual
objections made to the City's threshold
determination. Appeals shall be conducted
in conformance with SVMC 17.90 Appeals,
and any required fees pursuantto the City's
adopted Fee Schedule shall be paid at the
time of appeal submittal. Pursuant to WAC
197-11-680, appeals shall be limited to a
review of a final threshold determination.
