of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual,

regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
Public Hearing: The long subdivision action
's subject to a public heating. Separate
public notice of the scheduled public hearing
date and time will be conducted.
