The Drainage Easement described herein shall run with the land. No modification of the boundaries of said Drainage Easement can be made without the prior approval of The City of Spokane Valley. It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by its authorized agent.
