City Council Special Meeting
Tuesday,April 26,2022
Mayor Haley called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m. The meeting was held in City Hall with Council and
staff participating in person; and some members of the public participating remotely via Zoom meeting.

ROLL CALL City Clerk Bainbridge called the roll; all Councilmembers were present
APPROVAL OF AGENDA It was moved by Councilmember Wick, seconded and unanimously agreed
to approve the agenda.
1.EXECUTIVE SESSION: IRCW 42.30.1 I0(1)(i}1 Litigation
It was moved by Deputy Mayor Higgins, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into executive
session for up to thirty minutes to discuss litigation and that no action is anticipated upon return to this
open session. Council adjourned into executive session at 5:16 p.m.
At 5:45 p.m. Mayor Haley declared Council out of executive session, at which time it was moved by
Councilmember Wick, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn.
