The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.22-006 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 24th day of May,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN;AND PROVIDING FOR
OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan as described in
CPA-2022-01, CPA-2022-02, CPA-2022-03, and CPA-2022-04. Section 2 sets out and adopts certain
Findings applicable to all proposed amendments. Section 3 states that the properties subject to this
Ordinance are described in the Comprehensive Plan amendment maps attached to the Ordinance. Section 4
describes the Comprehensive Plan and map amendments. Section 5 states that the Comprehensive Plan and
maps are maintained in the office of the City Clerk as well as the City Department of Community and
Public Works. Section 6 addresses liability; Section 7 speaks to severability; and Section 8 provides for an
