The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.22-007 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 24th day of May,2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS DESCRIBED IN CPA-2022-01, CPA-2022-02, AND
CPA-2022-03; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official City Zoning Map as described
in CPA-2022-01, CPA-2022-02, CPA-2022-03, and CPA-2022-04. Section 2 sets out and adopts certain
Findings applicable to all proposed map amendments. Section 3 states that the properties subject to this
Ordinance are described in the Official City Zoning Map amendments attached to the Ordinance. Section
4 describes the City's Official Zoning Map amendments. Section 5 states that the Official City Zoning
Map is as set forth in Attachment A to the ordinance is hereby amended. Section 6 adopts by reference
other laws. Section 7 states that the Zoning map is maintained in the office of the City Clerk as well as the
City Department of Community and Public Works. Section 8 addresses liability; Section 9 speaks to
severability;and Section 10 provides for an effective date.The full text of Ordinance 22-007 is available at
