This letter, in partnership with the Spokane Valley Fire Department, has verified that the address
identified with the above referenced parcel number, is correct and as follows:
VERIFIED ADDRESS: 11615 E Ermina Ave.
The International Fire Code (section 505.1) requires address numbers to be (See Attached Addressing
Guidelines for requirements):
1. Placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street fronting the property.
2. The numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches in height, a half -inch stroke and of a contrasting
color to the background on which they are mounted.
The City of Spokane Valley Permit Center was notified of an incorrect address of 11617 E Ermina
Avenue being used for this parcel. Our records show no such address exists going back to three
special warranty deeds from 2016, 2014 and 2013, copy attached. The following agencies have
