DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the OFFICE MANAGER of the Spokane Valley
News Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six
months prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly
newspaper in Spokane County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the

The City is seeking a consultant to assist
with acquiring property for the City's Pines
Road/ BNSF Railroad Grade Separation
project. This project will grade separate
Pines Road from the BNSF Tracks through
an underpass and construct a2-lane round-
about at the intersection of Pines Road and
Trent Avenue.

firms Statement of Qualifications by 4:00
PM '(PDT time), Friday, July 1, 2022.
Proposals should be delivered to City of
Spokane Valley Engineering Department,
10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley,
Washington 99206. Submittals will be evalu-
ated and ranked based on the following
criteria: a completed business statement;
business agency and history, including
qualifications; experience and qualifica-
tions of employees assigned to this project;
samples of work; letters of recommendation.
The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance
with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil
Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C.
2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations,
hereby notifies all bidders that will affirma-
tively ensure that any contract entered into
pursuant to this advertisement, disadvan-
taged business enterprises will be afforded
full and fair opportunity to submit bids in
response to this invitation and will not be
discriminated against on the grounds of
race, dolor, or national origin In consider-
ation for an award.
The City of Spokane Valley in accordance
