on the 146'day of June, 2022:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 9.40 OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO PARKING PROHIBITIONS,AND OTHER MA ITERS RELATING THERETO
Section 1 states that the purpose of this Ordinance is to adopt chapter 9.40 SVMC to establish general and
site-specific parking prohibitions. Section 2 formally adopts Spokane Valley Municipal Code Chapter 9.40,
Parking Prohibitions. Section 3 speaks to severability,and Section 4 provides for an effective date. The full
