will progress. This will occur prior to the
official opening of the hearing. The Hearing
Examiner will then conduct the hearing pur-
suant to' the rules of procedure adopted in
SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorit es) and
Appendix B. General public comment will
be rece ved on the subdivision application.
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending

Comments received will be entered into the
record at the time of the public participation
portion of the Public Hearing. If you would
like to deliver comments to City Hall you

day before the scheduled public hearing.
Comments received through US Mall will
be included only if they are received prior
to the hearing.
Environmental Determination: A Deter-
mination of Non -Significance (DNS) was
issued pursuant to WAC 197-340(2) on
June 3, 2022, with an appeal period ending
on June 17 2022.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven (7) calendar days before the hearing.
The staff report and application file may be
inspected at the Spokane Valley Permit
Center Monday — Friday from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. excluding holidays. If you Have;
