DEBI LABISH being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that she is the
OFFICE MANAGER of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspa-

The City is seeking a consultant to assist
with materials testing services for the Wilbur
Road Sidewalk Project Boone to Mission.
This project will repave Wilbur Road, install"
stormwater conveyance structures and
construct a new sidewalk with curb & gutter
along the east side.'
